Senior Gaming Industry Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager/Business Development Manager with a passion for the gaming industry to spearhead client acquisition and establish our presence in this dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for our gaming branch, positioning ALLSTARSIT as a trusted partner for game development companies, studios, and publishers.
Successful candidates will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Game Development, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably within the gaming, tech, or entertainment industry.
- A proven track record of client acquisition and success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the gaming industry and its unique client needs, with a network of contacts in game development or publishing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
- Passion for gaming and technology, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in game development.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
The successful candidate will develop and implement a sales strategy to attract new clients within the gaming industry, focusing on game studios, publishers, and related tech companies.
Client Relationships:Candidates will identify potential clients in target markets, establish relationships, and introduce our gaming solutions to address their unique needs.
Communication and Collaboration:They will build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their game development requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Industry Knowledge:Staying informed on gaming industry trends, competitors, and market needs is crucial to inform sales strategies and highlight our competitive edge.
Sales Cycle:Driving the entire sales cycle from lead generation and outreach to contract negotiation and closing is essential.
Proposals and Presentations:Candidates must prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and business cases that demonstrate the value of partnering with ALLSTARSIT.
Documentation and Analysis:Accurately documenting sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM systems is vital.
Performance Metrics:Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs is critical to support the rapid growth of our new gaming branch.
