What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the financial services or professional services industry.
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition, lead generation, and meeting sales targets.
- Strong understanding of financial industries/BPO Services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop strategies to penetrate new markets and secure client trust.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
