We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager/Business Development Manager with a passion for the gaming industry to drive client acquisition and establish our presence in this dynamic market.
The Sales Manager/Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new clients for our gaming branch. This role is critical in positioning ALLSTARSIT as a trusted partner for game development companies, studios, and publishers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Game Development, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably within the gaming, tech, or entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of client acquisition and success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep knowledge of the gaming industry and its unique client needs, with a network of contacts in game development or publishing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
- Passion for gaming and technology, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in game development.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
