About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our team at ALLSTARSIT, where you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expansion of our financial services line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new clients for our financial services, with a focus on identifying potential clients within target industries and engaging key stakeholders.
  • To present tailored solutions that address the unique financial service needs of each client, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • To establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and service adoption.
  • To collaborate with marketing and business teams to refine service offerings and ensure alignment with market demands.
  • To conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging client needs, using insights to refine sales strategies.
  • To manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach to closing deals and onboarding clients.
  • To prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations that align with client needs and highlight our unique value propositions.
  • To maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • To meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the overall growth of the financial services/BPO line.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the financial services or professional services industry.
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition, lead generation, and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of financial industries/BPO Services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies to penetrate new markets and secure client trust.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
