Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our reach in the UK, Nordics, and beyond. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing deals with new clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
- Leverage AI tools and strategic outreach (cold calling, LinkedIn, email, events).
- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) with the team.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline in CRM (Pipedrive or similar).
- Present tailored proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate closely with the Recruitment & Delivery teams.
- Represent Rite NRG at industry events and build your professional network.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in New Business Development.
- Proven B2B sales record.
- Strong market knowledge and an existing professional network in the region.
- AI-savvy – using tools like ChatGPT to enhance sales.
- Well-connected on LinkedIn – networking is one of your strengths.
- Energetic and strategic – you think big and move fast.
- Fluent in English – other languages (e.g., German) are a plus.
