Visible Magic is a US-focused software outsourcing company specializing in Blockchain development, AR + Spatial computing, and AI solutions.

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive business expansion. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated sales professional with extensive experience in the IT industry, preferably within Web3 or related fields.

The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Efficiently qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools (Pipedrive, Notion, Trello).
  • Lead Analysis: Research leads' profiles, analyze company backgrounds, and suggest tailored sales approaches.
  • Prospect Engagement: Understand prospect needs, present our services, overcome objections, and close sales effectively.
  • Lead Follow-up: Regularly review and follow up on current leads to maintain engagement and convert them into clients.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Effective Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven experience in outbound sales, ability to identify customer needs, and successfully close deals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including competence in business correspondence and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Sales Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, Notion, Trello) and sales automation tools.
  • Analytical Abilities: Capacity to develop sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify target segments for growth.
