Lambda Factor is an IT international company specializing in software development. Our goal is to build cohesive and highly professional teams that help businesses find the right specialists.

We are currently looking for an IT Business Development Manager/Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
Sales:
  • Finding financially beneficial contract options;
  • Cold outreach/first contact with clients;
  • Collaborating with subcontractor companies;
  • Working according to Fixed Price (FP) and Time & Materials (T&M) models;
  • Contracting employees from partner companies within SoDA and Vertex;
  • Seeking attractive contracts through companies associated with SoDA.
Account Management:
  • Regular online meetings with partners;
  • Business trips to strengthen relationships;
  • Team expansion;
  • Monitoring business development plans;
  • Supervising the work of contractors;
  • Crisis management and preventive actions.
Prospecting:
  • Active participation in SoDA activities (events, Slack discussions, etc.);
  • Regular use of Bench Own and Bench Ask platforms;
  • Face-to-face meetings with SoDA members;
  • Attending conferences and meetings;
  • Daily market observation (monitoring forums, websites, etc.);
  • Exploring lead generation opportunities via LinkedIn;
  • Managing warm leads from partner companies that have paused collaboration.
Supporting Activities:
  • Contributing to the company strategy and consulting with CEO, CTO, and HR;
  • Collecting references and building the company's brand;
  • Supervising Clutch and obtaining client references.
