At Capgemini Polska Sp. z o.o., we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist - Data Quality to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for Client's DQ customers and partners, ensuring all support tickets are resolved within the agreed SLA. Additionally, they will coordinate and track the escalation of tickets to the Client's FTE support team, guaranteeing timely and effective solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain meticulous records of all communications and actions related to support tickets in Zendesk.
  • Contribute to the Client's knowledge base by adding frequently asked questions and solutions.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to address severe issues (Severity 1) promptly.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience with R, Use case, AI, Use cases, SLA, Linux, SQL, Networking, Java, REST API, SSL, SSO, LDAP, Spark, Hadoop, Docker, Kubernetes, Apache Spark.
