About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Account Manager to join our team at Expedia Group. As a key member of our Market Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our hotel and property partners in their assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize content, rate, and availability competitiveness on Expedia sites to increase customer conversion.
  • Secure additional lodging rates and availability information over high demand and compression periods to satisfy customers' pressing needs.
  • Collaborate with hotel partners to secure promotional offers that support the brands' merchandising and marketing efforts.
  • Educate hotel partners on the self-service features available on Expedia Partner Central.
  • Re-establish relationships with dormant hotel partners.
  • Support demand generation and research to identify properties not currently listed on the Expedia marketplace.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (0-2 years of experience).
  • Proficiency in English and Turkish languages.
  • High impact personality with intellectual agility, entrepreneurship, empathy in relationships, and great teamwork skills.
  • Hungry, determined, motivated, and willing to take action and results-focused.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, rigor, attention to detail.
  • Proven follow-up/persistence when facing challenging situations.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and change gears quickly without skipping a beat.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to various levels and through a variety of communication channels.
  • Relationship builder with the ability to earn the confidence of others and work independently.
  • Ability to demonstrate the ability to work based on targets, goals, and/or strategic objectives set by leadership.
