  • Available full-time or soon-to-be full-time.
  • Fluency in both Polish and English, in speaking and writing.
  • Hands-on experience in the aviation or travel industry:
    • You will need to quickly become an expert in NDC, GDS, OTA, agents, Amadeus, etc.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales:
    • You should have a proven ability to drive revenue, meet and exceed sales targets, and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Highly responsible and disciplined:
    • Things will go wrong all the time, and there are no answers to all the questions. To get the most out of every situation, you must take responsibility and pay attention to detail.
  • Communicative and empathetic:
    • This is a customer-facing role. You must deeply understand the problems each client is facing and address them with a personalized approach.
  • Quick learner and open to feedback:
    • The industry is not easy, and there will be a lot to learn. Do not get discouraged — be motivated to become more proficient as you learn.
Nice to Haves:
