Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Business Partner to join our OEM & Partner Managed Cloud (PMC) Deal Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing reliable and timely support to SAP's Sales team with deal approval, contract creation and compliance verification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review deals to ensure completeness and accuracy of quotations submitted by Sales colleagues
  • Support quote approval process by guiding internal customers on approval requirements and ensuring deals are approved in a timely manner
  • Draft contracts from templates and add language for deal specifics
  • Act as primary point of contact for Sales Team, answer queries from internal customers and build long-term business relationships
  • Accommodate quarter-end and year-end deadlines and respond to spikes in workload
  • Support projects aiming process improvements, automation, standardization and efficiency increase
