Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire staff augmentation business process as Sales Manager at DOIT Software.
- Manage the full sales cycle, covering lead generation, outreach, sales development, closing sales, and account management.
- Build long-term relationships with new clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Report directly to the CEO.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Establish strong connections with potential clients through proactive lead generation and personalized outreach strategies.
- Qualify incoming leads based on predefined criteria, determining their fit for our services.
- Schedule introduction calls with prospects and conduct effective communication to convert opportunities into clients.
- Maintain high client satisfaction, success, retention, and renewal rates.
- Upsell existing projects by establishing clear, transparent, and effective communication with clients.
- Cooperate with existing clients on potential opportunities and analyze sales and performance metrics to improve processes.
