We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in the ice cream industry.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, self-driven individual who understands consumer behavior and can drive business growth through effective client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of clients, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and execute budget, promotional, and listing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Estimate revenue on a weekly basis and forecast product needs monthly.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, marketing, logistics, and back-office teams to drive business results.
- Lead annual negotiations with key stakeholders to secure agreements.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the ice cream industry or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- HoReCa or distributor management experience preferred.
