About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Partner Success team at Expedia Group. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and developing a high level of engagement with our partners in the vacation rental industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners to improve productivity and results from participating in our marketplace.
  • Work collaboratively with partners to grow net booking value from their listings.
  • Analyze and prioritize pipeline and outbound activity to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Manage listing retention and drive partner participation expansion within high demand and compression periods.
  • Establish performance goals with partners, develop action plans, and drive achievement to goals.
  • Provide relevant data insights and consulting services to partners to maximize booking conversion.
  • Represent Expedia Group at local markets, trade shows, and industry events to build the company's profile with partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluent English is mandatory, and proficiency in any additional language is considered a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Knowledge of the vacation rental industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM systems.
