Account Manager for Partner Success

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Partner Success team at Expedia Group. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and developing a high level of engagement with our partners in the vacation rental industry.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners to improve productivity and results from participating in our marketplace.
- Work collaboratively with partners to grow net booking value from their listings.
- Analyze and prioritize pipeline and outbound activity to achieve and exceed targets.
- Manage listing retention and drive partner participation expansion within high demand and compression periods.
- Establish performance goals with partners, develop action plans, and drive achievement to goals.
- Provide relevant data insights and consulting services to partners to maximize booking conversion.
- Represent Expedia Group at local markets, trade shows, and industry events to build the company's profile with partners.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent English is mandatory, and proficiency in any additional language is considered a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
- Knowledge of the vacation rental industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM systems.
