About the Role

As an Associate Account Manager at Expedia Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the competitiveness and attractiveness of our hotel and property product in your assigned market. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with hotel partners to optimize content, rate, and availability competitiveness on our Expedia sites, thereby increasing customer conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide and analyze data specific to your market to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work with hotel partners to secure additional lodging rates and availability information during high demand and compression periods
  • Secure promotional offers to support our merchandising and marketing efforts
  • Educate hotel partners on the self-service features available on Expedia Partner Central
  • Re-establish relationships with dormant hotel partners
  • Support demand generation and research to identify properties not currently listed on our Expedia marketplace
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (0-2 years)
  • Proficiency in English language
  • High impact personality with intellectual agility, entrepreneurship, empathy, and strong teamwork skills
  • Hungry, determined, motivated, and results-focused individual
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Proven follow-up/persistence in challenging situations and ability to communicate effectively with various levels and through different channels
  • Relationship builder with ability to sustain solid partnerships based on mutual support
  • Ability to work based on targets, goals, and strategic objectives set by leadership team
