Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Receptionist to join our team at McDonald's. As an Office Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support, including maintaining office supplies, ordering stationery, and coordinating with contractors and service providers.
  • Meeting and Event Planning: Prepare meeting rooms and assist in meetings: replenish office supplies, order refreshments, and offer drinks.
  • Guest Services: Greet guests and colleagues with warmth and hospitality, ensuring everyone feels welcome and valued.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Intermediate level of English (confident level) is mandatory; knowledge of Ukrainian is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with MS Office.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities.
  • Problem-Solving: Flexible thinking and problem-solving abilities. High level of responsibility and self-organization.
