Payroll Specialist for EMEA Region

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for processing scheduled payroll for various countries within the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing payroll for EMEA countries
  • Liaising with Tax Office, healthcare institutions, and other external bodies
  • Extracting variable input data and populating upload templates
  • Reviewing and resolving pay-related queries from employees within ServiceNow, Workday, or SAP
  • Collaborating with Human Resources, Finance, and other internal units to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing

You will work closely with our EMEA Payroll team to optimize and standardize processes, implement automation where possible, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert in specific payroll processes.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Proficiency in SAP, Workday, or ServiceNow
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations, as well as experience working with payroll software and systems.
