Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to spearhead our product's presence in the German market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by introducing our innovative solution to new customers, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and establishing a positive company image in the region.

The role involves promoting our product through targeted sales strategies, providing exceptional client service, interacting exclusively with warm leads, hosting informative sales presentations, signing contracts, and onboarding clients. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide technical support, ensure seamless communication between clients and the technical team, and strive to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Native-level proficiency in the German language
  • Must live in Germany or have significant experience living there
  • Fluent Russian/Ukrainian language skills
  • Upper-Intermediate level English proficiency or higher
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Thorough understanding of the German market dynamics, business principles, industry trends, and cultural nuances
  • Remote work experience
  • Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based products
  • Fundamental knowledge of rental company processes
  • Ability to analyze market trends
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Well-developed presentation, persuasion, and influence skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
