About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Happiness Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to authors and publishing professionals, helping them navigate our platform and overcome any challenges they may face.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience with Reedsy. This includes offering personalized support, resolving issues efficiently, and collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offering support to authors and publishing professionals through various channels, including email, chat, and phone;
  • Reviewing projects submitted on the platform to ensure they meet our quality standards;
  • Building customer funnels to reactivate users and introduce them to new features;
  • Maintaining and updating our FAQ based on user feedback and questions;
  • Suggesting product features based on user feedback;
  • Contributing to maintaining a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) by continuously improving our services.
Requirements
  • A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills;
  • The ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers;
  • Excellent writing skills, with perfect grammar and spelling;
  • Native-level English speaker;
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
