Responsibilities- Account Management: Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with key merchants, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement with Kuna Pay.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver tailored product demos to showcase how Kuna Pay meets client needs, focusing on online payment workflows such as website, app, and invoice integrations.
- Sales and Upselling: Provide quotes, negotiate contracts, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Kuna Pay solutions to existing accounts.
- Merchant Success: Ensure merchants actively process payments using Kuna Pay and achieve their business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Analyze client needs and industry trends to inform account management strategies and improve product offerings.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and other team members to develop and execute key account strategies.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor and report metrics such as merchant retention, satisfaction, and activity levels.
- B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in e-commerce and payment processing.
- E-commerce Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and practices.
- Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
