EUC Support Manager

Join Experis Polska, a world leader in IT recruitment and management, as a EUC Support Manager - Digital Workspace Leader. This critical role is responsible for ensuring the End User Computing team meets performance expectations against SLAs and KPIs.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Digital Workspace & End User Services team within Global Technology. As a EUC Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing the EUC hardware and software estate, ensuring compliance, governance, version control, and clarity of purpose and use.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in End User Computing technologies, including Windows Client OS, Microsoft 365, Enterprise browsers, networking, and file sharing. Additionally, they should have knowledge of ITIL processes and industry best practices in service request and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the End User Computing team meets performance expectations against SLAs and KPIs
- Manage the EUC hardware and software estate, ensuring compliance, governance, version control, and clarity of purpose and use
- Lead the team to adopt a customer service, delivery, and continuous improvement ethos
- Responsible for Audit and Governance for EUC services
- SPOC for EUC support and incident management
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Expertise in End User Computing technologies, including Windows Client OS, Microsoft 365, Enterprise browsers, networking, and file sharing
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and industry best practices in service request and fulfillment
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure and Networking concepts
- Experience with Storage, Load balancing, Virtualization, and Azure
