We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ECommerce Solutions Account Manager to join our team at scandiweb. As an experienced professional in the field of eCommerce solutions, you will be responsible for understanding our customers' needs and pain points, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling services.

In this role, you will develop strategic account plans, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. You will also stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to make data-driven decisions.

As a key player in our sales team, you will lead daily sales activities, including preparing new offers and engaging potential clients through calls. You will actively participate in all stages of the sales process for both inbound and outbound leads, from introductory calls to solutionizing.

Your primary focus will be on building strong, positive relationships with new customers, serving as a trusted advisor to CTOs and CEOs of top-tier organizations. This includes conducting thorough research of networks, ecosystems, companies, industries, and individuals to uncover business objectives and identify opportunities.

To grow your portfolio, you will have the opportunity to work with inbound leads and engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls and email communication. Your goal will be to establish valuable connections and prepare compelling business presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Akeneo, Pimcore, and Magento, as well as Agile and Scrum methodologies. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary of $**85,000-$110,000 per year**, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including sport subscription, private healthcare, international projects, and in-house trainings.
