We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Britenet.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, has strong analytical skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
- Create and manage company accounts, add users to email groups, and issue equipment as needed.
- Assist with technical issues, provide guidance, and troubleshoot problems related to hardware and software.
- Support the offboarding process, de-authorize systems, and verify the return of company property.
- Manage ticket requests, implement entitlement and order management processes, and create knowledge bases for employees.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, Jira, GitLab, TestLink, and Redmine.
- A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
- A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to think critically.
