Job Description:
  • This role involves providing high-level technical support to customers via JIRA Ticket System, focusing on understanding their needs, answering requests, and helping solve problems such as product questions, production issues, and configuration requests, including more technical tasks that require being tech-savvy.
  • You will be the go-to expert at the highest level of escalation and the ultimate tech pro, effectively translating customer needs/issues into solutions, receiving and transferring feedback about issues, requests, and ideas for improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers via JIRA-Ticket System with a strong emphasis on understanding their needs
  • Answer customer's requests and help solving problems
  • Ensure the customers' satisfaction with our support
