About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospects and handling initial communications via automatic mailing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to new leads and initiate conversations via email or LinkedIn.
  • Handle responses and convert leads into appointments.
  • Make follow-up calls to prospects as needed.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports to clients and project managers.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with clients to discuss project progress.

Requirements

  • Cold Outreach experience.
  • B2B sales expertise.
  • Business development skills.

Additional Requirements

  • Experience working in small teams.
  • Familiarity with international projects.

Working Conditions

  • A creative work environment.
  • A flexible schedule from 2 PM to 11 PM Kyiv time, Monday to Friday.
  • The option to work remotely or in our office in Zhytomyr city center.
