We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the gambling industry. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining a positive and safe gaming environment, reinforcing our commitment to outstanding customer service in the ever-evolving world of online gaming.
About you:
— Experience in tech support
— Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
— English level intermediate or higher
— Advanced PC user, who easily learns to work with new tools and technologies
— Multitasking person who can work on several tasks at the same time with the ability to prioritize them
— Highly responsible and customer-oriented person
— Ability to use Developer Tools
— Experience in working with logs
Nice to have:
— Experience in using Google Workspace
— Experience in the gambling industry
