Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via email, chat, and phone inquiries related to acquiring or technical products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize CRM, ERP, and other systems to effectively assist customers.
  • Provide technical support for card terminals and self-service portals.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as updating customer details and resolving invoice-related questions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
