As a key player in the world of payments, we are constantly looking for talented individuals to join our team. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERT IN GERMAN, who will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Job Description:
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers over the phone with their questions about payments and cards, solving problems, following company rules, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will work closely with teams and partners to ensure smooth processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German (B2/C1) and English (B2/C1). You should be a positive team player, open to learning new things, and able to work different shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends. Additionally, experience in customer service is an asset, but not required as we offer comprehensive training.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary: 8400-11500 PLN gross/month (based on your experience), along with a range of benefits, including hybrid working from Krakow 3 days per week, private health insurance, sports card subsidy, life insurance, and employee referral bonus.
