IT Sales and Acquisition Professional

We are seeking an experienced IT Sales and Acquisition Manager to join our team at Attract Group. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and converting them into loyal clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead generation: Actively seek out new prospects and potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, networking events, and innovative outreach strategies.
- Client acquisition: Convert leads into clients by reaching out through cold emails, calls, or direct contact, offering personalized software solutions that address their specific needs.
- Pitching: Present our solutions to potential clients, showcasing how we can solve their business problems and deliver value.
- Collaborating with Dev Teams: Work with Project Managers and Developers to estimate project timelines and costs.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation process with potential clients and close deals to meet your sales targets.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Fluent English (B2+ level) for written and spoken communication.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven lead generator with experience in building relationships and converting leads into clients.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable talking to decision-makers and presenting tailored solutions.
- Results-driven mindset, motivated by targets and KPIs.
- Tech-savvy, with an understanding of the software development process.
- Self-sufficiency, able to work independently and manage your time effectively.
While not mandatory, having experience in the software development industry or a technical background would be beneficial. Additionally, an existing network of contacts in the tech industry or relevant sectors, experience in creating outreach strategies, closing deals, digital marketing, or using social media for lead generation would be valuable assets.
