Job Title: Strategic Financial Operations ManagerEstimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per yearIn this role, you will be responsible for managing bank relationships, overseeing account openings, and ensuring smooth financial operations. You will communicate with banks in various countries to facilitate the opening of new entities and accounts, gather and prepare all required documentation for account openings, track and manage deadlines related to financial operations and account setups, maintain a payments calendar, ensuring timely execution of transactions, and monitor cash balances and ensure sufficient liquidity across accounts.
Requirements- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
- Proven experience in financial operations, banking, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
- Familiarity with financial documentation and payment workflows
