About the Role
The Sales Process Optimization Manager will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing pipeline reports, and improving forecasting accuracy.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth sales operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving overall team performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing CRM tools to streamline lead-to-close workflows and ensure accurate pipeline tracking.
- Monitoring FYV to ARR conversion rates, sales cycle length, and win rates to provide actionable insights.
- Supporting ARR projections and ensuring data-driven sales target setting.
- Equipping the team with tools, training, and insights to improve efficiency and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
At least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations specifically for sales teams in the US or UK.
No Business Development (BD) or other roles—only Sales Operations experience is considered.
English – Advanced.
