Customer assistant Specialist with French

Customer Assistant Specialist with French language skills required to provide high-quality customer service to clients, including consumers, healthcare professionals, and client personnel. Responsibilities include documenting interactions, identifying adverse events and product complaints, and maintaining knowledge of policies and procedures. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills required. Fluency in English and French is necessary.
Key responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer service to clients, including consumers, healthcare professionals, and client personnel.
Document interactions according to company guidelines, identify adverse events, and product complaints.
Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures, including client products, SOPs, protocols, GCPs, and regulatory requirements.
Respond to non-medical information questions and process medical information requests, such as fulfillment, availability, and device support.
Perform line checks, system verifications, and generate reports.
Requirements:
University degree or high school/secondary diploma.
Previous experience in a call center environment is advantageous.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English and French is required.
Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently as needed.
