Account Manager with Magento Expertise

- 3+ years of experience in account management or project coordination roles within the IT/e-commerce industry.
- Solid experience managing Magento projects (Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce), including understanding of core workflows and technical concepts.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and interpret technical solutions for clients.
- Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Upper-Intermediate English level (both written and spoken) to communicate confidently with international clients.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and task management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
