We're seeking an experienced IT Sales and Acquisition Manager to join our team at Attract Group. This role involves generating leads, building relationships, and converting them into loyal clients.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of lead generation and conversion. You'll be responsible for actively seeking out new prospects, presenting personalized software solutions, and collaborating with our Dev Teams to estimate project timelines and costs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through LinkedIn, networking events, and other innovative methods.
  • Client Acquisition: Convert leads into clients by offering tailored software solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Pitching: Present our solutions to potential clients, highlighting how we can solve their business problems and deliver value.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers and Developers to estimate project timelines and costs.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Fluent English (B2+), with Ukrainian or Russian being desirable.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven and motivated by targets and KPIs.
  • Tech-savvy with an understanding of the software development process.
  • Self-sufficient with excellent time-management skills.
