Executive Sales Leader for Polish Banking Market

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Sales Leader to drive our growth in the Polish banking market. This role will focus on strengthening our presence in the sector and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional with expertise in digital transformation and a passion for building relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Pursue business opportunities within the Polish banking sector.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Develop, establish, and expand a new client portfolio from the ground up, driving new business opportunities and long-term growth.
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle, including hunting for new clients, farming existing accounts, and executing strategic account management to strengthen partnerships and achieve business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 10 years of proven experience in sales, particularly in the banking sector.
- A proven network of contacts within the Polish banking industry.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Extensive knowledge of the financial sector and its regulatory environment.
- Familiarity with the financial technology solutions.
- Demonstrated success in selling solutions related to cloud migration, digital transformation, or similar fields.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions in a clear and impactful manner.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Polish is required.
