Job Title: IT Service Desk Manager - Link Group

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Service Desk Manager to join our team at Link Group. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our service desk, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for IT service management and a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer support. As an IT Service Desk Manager at Link Group, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of support specialists to ensure seamless delivery of customer services.
  • Developing and implementing efficient processes and procedures to improve service quality and reduce response times.
  • Collaborating closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and working closely with the Expert team to align priorities with business requirements.
  • Addressing critical situations promptly and developing strategies to prevent recurrence.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in IT service management, preferably with experience in the banking sector.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT service desk or IT service management, including a managerial role.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Italian is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools, with ITIL certification being a plus.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including sport subscription, private healthcare, and training budget. Our estimated salary for this role is $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
