- A master's degree; we're okay with a bachelor's for more junior roles, but we love people engaging in scientific work or pursuing postgraduate titles;
- 3-5 years of relevant consulting experience would be great;
- Enthusiasm for pricing and monetization is essential; direct professional experience or training in pricing is a valuable asset; in other words, we will teach you pricing on more junior roles and reward you well if you already know the domain;
- Able to meet travel requirements (only for a particular purpose); we usually don't do travel and work remotely;
- We need people with fluency in English (at least B2/C1) and Polish.

- Quick-Thinking & Agility: Adaptability to solve problems dynamically, both within the team and in collaboration with clients, to address evolving project needs.
- Broad Business Acumen: Understanding of business fundamentals beyond pricing, with awareness of how pricing strategies intersect with other business areas.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with familiarity in data visualization and analytics tools like PowerBI and Tableau.

As a Consultant at Valueships, you will play a central role in leading and executing monetization/pricing projects that help our clients unlock their growth potential. You'll be responsible for delivering strategic insights, guiding pricing and value-based decisions, and managing relationships with clients in sectors such as Software, SaaS, Banking, Telecommunications, and e-commerce.

- Possibility to participate and give speeches on Industry Conferences suited for your interests;
- At least 30 days-off;
- Average working time of 7h a day (don't forget about lunch);
