What you need is:
  • at least 1-2 years of outbound Business Development experience, with a track record of exceeding lead targets in the similar industry
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • native-level of English
  • good working knowledge of Linkedin Sales Navigator and other lead-generation / prospecting tools
  • motivation with a self-starter attitude, and hunger to succeed in sales
  • flexibility and adaptability to change
Nice to have:
  • European languages, in particular Swedish, Dutch or German
  • good understanding of the technology landscape or experience in the outsourcing / offshoring industry
