About the Role

As a Business Development Specialist at itCraft, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Your expertise in B2B lead generation, sales strategy, and consultative selling will be essential in attracting, qualifying, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the inbound sales process, from initial contact to qualification and closing.
  • Developing and executing inbound & outbound sales strategies, primarily targeting Polish clients with occasional international engagements.
  • Qualifying prospects using a structured discovery process, identifying pain points and ensuring alignment with our expertise.
  • Managing contract negotiations, ensuring deals are mutually beneficial and feasible (technologically and financially).
